A. Roberta, blood sugar drops after going without food for a long time & you might get tired & may eat too much at the next meal #AskSusan

A. @forgie1973 Choose protein based snacks: hummus, cottage cheese or #Herbalife snacks are a good starting point #AskSusan

A. @forgie1973 Carrot sticks & hummus would provide more protein; nuts are healthy fats, but aren’t a go-to #protein source #AskSusan

A. #RedMeat has more saturated fat & cholesterol than most other proteins. Lean cuts in moderation are ok

A. @LukeJohnHanlon No, in fact it’s a great way to boost the protein & flavor of porridge! #AskSusan

Q. @Herbalife since more & more people are vegan- is omega better absorbed in body from grounded flaxseeds or flax seed oil? Thank you 🙂

A. @Anchi46 Great question! Both ground flaxseed and oil provide Omega 3’s. The oil may be slightly better absorbed. #AskSusan
